Scope of Services: Yuma Home Solutions provides a range of services including, but not limited to, carpet cleaning, flooring installation (including carpet, laminate, vinyl, and hardwood), tile and grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning, air duct cleaning, odor elimination, flood water extraction, and general cleaning services.
2. Service Agreement: By engaging with Yuma Home Solutions for any service, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Yuma Home Solutions.
3. Scheduling and Payment: Service appointments can be scheduled by contacting Yuma Home Solutions via phone, email, or online booking platform. Payment for services rendered is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of service appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
5. Liability: While every effort is made to ensure the highest quality of service, Yuma Home Solutions shall not be held liable for any damages to property or belongings during the provision of services. Clients are advised to remove any valuable or fragile items from areas being serviced.
